We areGetting Married

From the moment our paths crossed at Camp Eliezer, we knew something beautiful was beginning. What started as friendship slowly became laughter shared under open skies, conversations that lingered long after sunset, and adventures that drew us closer to God and to each other. Through the years, we have climbed mountains, chased the Milky Way, and captured countless moments that remind us how amazing love can be when it's built on faith.

On December 28, 2025, surrounded by our dearest family and friends, we will finally promise forever — not as two perfect people, but as two hearts shaped by grace. Every step of our journey has been a reminder that love is patient, love is kind, and love always finds its way back home. As we begin this new chapter, we hold on to the same faith that brought us here and to the promise that the best is yet to come.

Our love story

  • The Unknowing Spark (May)

It all began at the Dog Tag Leadership Training Camp in Camp Eliezer. At that time, we were both volunteer leaders in our area of Young Life. It was a moment that unknowingly started a deep friendship and a shared journey in faith and service.

    2015
  • First Adventure, Hidden Feelings (Jan)

An invitation to climb Mt. Talinis became our very first adventure together, a day filled with laughter, breathtaking views, and the beauty of Twin Falls, our first waterfalls journey together. During that time, unspoken feelings began to bloom, gently waiting for the right moment, just a few days later, to be finally confessed.

    2017
  • Distance and Persistence

It was a year of distance and quiet persistence. She chose to keep her distance, even blocking all communication on Facebook and Messenger. Yet through the silence, patience and faith endured, trusting that if love was truly meant to be, it would find its way back.

    2018
  • A Heartfelt Start (May)

The turning point. Feelings became mutual, and a heartfelt visit to Mabinay soon followed. It was a moment filled with respect and sincerity as permission was sought from her parents to begin a relationship. That day marked the beginning of something genuine and lasting.

    2019
  • The Official "Yes" (Jul)

A surprise visit to Cebu became an unforgettable memory. Over a simple meal at Jollibee, a sweet “yes” was spoken, beginning our relationship and the many memories that would follow.

    2019
  • The First Sunset Memory (Dec)

Our first trip outside the city with family took us to the beautiful Camotes Island. There, we captured our very first sunset photo together, a perfect reflection of warmth, happiness, and the journey that lay ahead.

    2019
  • Thailand: Ministry and Adventure (Sep)

Our first international trip brought us to Thailand for the Young Life APAC Summit, a beautiful mix of ministry and adventure. Exploring a new country side by side deepened our bond and strengthened our partnership in both faith and life.

    2022
  • Capturing the Cosmos (Apr)

Our first astrowalk was a magical night to remember, the moment we captured the Milky Way together for the first time. That experience became the beginning of a shared love for astrophotography. Even though the skies were cloudy, the short glimpse of the Milky Way and the sunrise that followed made it truly unforgettable.

    2023
  • She Said YES! (Dec)

At Pinayun-an Peak, surrounded by a sea of clouds and the gentle beauty of dawn, a promise for a lifetime was made. The proposal was simple yet deeply meaningful, sealed with a white gold ring set with a blue sapphire that stands for peace, loyalty, and everlasting love.
